1972 body with little to no rust
1978 rebuilt engine (2f) with approximately 12,000 miles on it (if PO was up and up about mileage, no reason to think otherwise)

That is just the highlights. This rig is not locked up, but read on to solve that problem.
I have driven this rig for the last year as a sometime commuter vehicle and a trail rig. Very impressed with the way it runs and handles all sorts of trails. Heater works (front only) and have a rear jeep bench seat with bolts. Also has a conferr jerry can mount (2 cans) and a 33 inch spare tire.
No leaks, never needs smog, and tons of power.
