For Sale 1971 FJ40 original paint

for sale;
1971 fj40 land cruiser, 3sp, inline 6, CLEAN original title.
Original paint, clean title, minimal rust, Located in Albuquerque New Mexico, desert vehicle.
runs and drives good, nice Fj. very solid, transmission grinds when shifting into first/reverse; have to move up to second prior to avoid this.
needs minor details attended, inside light cover, fog lights not turning on, speedo cable.

new tires, muffler, recently serviced, brake cylinder and tuneup, battery.
Compression was 125-130 on all 6 cylinders, starts right up.
front seats have some gorilla duct tape.

It looks like just surface rust. Is that correct?

everything else is fine, its a little more then surface rust in the corners, but minimal in my opinion, driver floor is rusty, see pic. tub is fine. frame is excellent.
