1971 Fj40 9,500 FIRM

This is a 1971 Toyota Land Cruiser. My project for over 15+ years. Have over $8,000 in receipts for new parts(since 09), and replacement parts that have been installed or replaced. If you are trying to get this thing cheap, please move on to another Land Cruiser. This was my everyday driver and its over 40+ years old, so it has the usual wear and tear, she's as-is.
Engine Rebuild(march 2012)
New Clutch(3 weeks ago)
Fly Wheel replaced
Brake booster/master cylinder, complete back brakes
Front passengers seat reupholstered/Carpet, front back)
Brand new BFG All-Terrains(33x10.5)
New OEM Rims/hubs
Battery New
After market carb. Weber 32/34
New starter
New Alternator
New Radiator
New water pump
Fuel pump purchased 2010
Rear axle rebuilt 09
Shocks and steering stabilizer (2010)
New radio/speakers(glove compartment)
Last full tune up(plugs, wires, cap, rotor(5 months ago)

I have much more to list, but i do keep all my records and receipts. This truck is solid, and i don't want it to go, so please don't low ball me, the price is firm.

WHAT IT NEEDS:
-Has rust spots under the drivers/passengers door. hasn't spread.
-Paint
-Speedo is disconnected
-back door latch
-Drivers side DRUM/1 wheel cylinder
-Crack on windshield
