Thanks for the infoI learned the hard way before I opened my shop that while close, they are different. If it's not a resto, it's not a biggie.
I'm REALLY dusting off cobwebs for this, but IIRC, the inside leg of the passenger seat is either shorter or longer between the two years. And the outboard leg was definitely shorter, and the mounting tab turned 90 degrees between one and the other.
I have a '68, and I put in seats from a 66. I think I had to add a spacer and use a long bolt for the outboard leg.
I was just trying to get my rig on the road, and the seats were only $75.
HTH
I got my 66 from the original owners family. All 100% original. But faded lolI bought a 64 Fj45 lv wagon for $900 in 94, one owner original paint!! My first 45 pickup was $600!!! I know we all have these stories, kinda of sad now days, hard to join the club!!
I can get lost thinking about those. Yeah, times have changed, glad I hung on to some at least, cause it'd be a commitment to start now.I bought a 64 Fj45 lv wagon for $900 in 94, one owner original paint!!
