1965 FJ45SWB Removabale Top:steer:

I have a thread on this truck in the FJ45 owners forum. I picked it up with a FJ40 as a package deal. I had no plans of restoring it, just turning around and selling it to someone who could.

It has everything that is pictured and the big things it is missing is the top, doors, hood, grill, passenger seat and some other stuff. The body is rough but definetly could be reworked and be good.

From what I have learned on Mud, it is a pretty rare truck. I will have a title on the truck.

I am listing it at $5,000.00 or best, located in Apple Valley, CA.
Please ask questions, and don't trash talk please.

So, pictures that I would be interested in seeing include: bed with nothing in it to gauge rust and holes, the floor of the cab, engine bay, and certainly any underside area that looks like it has more than surface rust. Do you have any clue when the last time it ran was? Pretty rough and missing some key pieces; what made you pick $5000?
Thanks

This thing hasn't been ran in at least 13 years per the previous owner. What made me pick 5,000.00 is there are few to none to compare it to because they are rare. I did indicate or best for the price. I will work on getting more photos, I work 12 hour shifts for the next two days. Thanks for your interest.

I would be interested in the soft top bows, (whats left) if you would sell them seperately. PM me with price.

Okay, I think I scared everyone with the price of $5,000. I had to start somewhere and thats where I started. If you are serious about getting this 45, let me know and we can make a deal:D

Tom if there were more parts for the 45 in that box in the bed of the truck you might lay them out and get some pics

Alright, forum has been quiet.....I have not advertised this anywhere else yet because I don't have time right now. Would anybody be willing to take this off my hands for $3,000? I would like to restore this, but I am trying to finish my first owned and first FJ40 project.

Has D'Animal been hanging out in your neighborhood lately? Just wondering...
