1965 FJ45LV
1978 2F (compression tested and re-gasketed)
1978 4speed (untouched)
1978 front axle (fully rebuilt with all new parts)
1978 brake booster and new master cylinder
1965 transfer case (resealed)
1965 rear axle (resealed, rebuilt wheel cylinders)
Lotsa metal work done, no bondo.
1978 front drive shaft
1965 rear driveshaft (will need shortened)

needs clutch master and slave cylinder/new soft line

Outside is done enough to paint, or, you can add some little bits of filler and make it perfect.
Inside needs sanded, primered and one more spot in the rear passenger floor addressed.

All the original hardware is boxed:
rear view, dome light, window cranks, door pulls, original lights.

Stock seats, need re-covered.

New:
headliner, rear tail light lenses, headliner, vent window rubbers.

Yessir, thanks.
Then interior will need a little sweat equity to make it look similar. One could scuff it and shoot it, or media blast it down to metal, or POR over it...several potential courses of action...

I have all the glass, yes. It was pictured in the photo album link...
For front windshield, side windows, and rear, you'll have to use generic weather stripping and have new glass cut, there isn't factory replacement rubber available and generic seals require smaller glass
. You can reuse door glass, and generic weather stripping there.
