Wanted 1964 FJ40 Horn Parts

I know I'm probably living in a dream world, but I'm looking for all of the horn parts inside of the steering wheel. Basically all I have is the horn ring. Still need the horn button, horn plate, horn contact, horn spacer and horn seat. When you stop laughing, maybe one of you nice members could point me in the right direction. Thank you.
