Need to make room in the garage for my parts, etc.

1963 Olds 88 Holiday HT coupe
394 ci engine
new interior
laser straight body (literally no scratches)
NO BONDO!
53K original miles
Runs well
New hopster rims with new sneakers
Power seats (rare)
Tilt wheel (rare)
Needs- Gauges aren't working. There is a drain on the battery somewhere. Rear axle seals need to be re-done (very cheap to fix)

Otherwise in excellent shape. Runs almost silent!!

Will sell for $10K or best REASONABLE offer.

Trades considered. I'm a 45 guy so trades must be a troopy, wagon, or pickup that runs, drives, and not a rustbucket. A long shot for a trade I know but why not try!!??? Possible trades for crazy stuff I've never heard of too.... surprise me!
