I know this is mostly a forum for Land Cruiser but I know a lot of you wont mind me posting about my 1958 Toyopet. After working on the car for nearly a year the car was completed this past May and was at a car show in Long Beach Calif and the car did very well. Yesterday July 17th the car was taken to Tim's Toyota in Prescott Arizona and will be on display in the show room at the dealership for about a month after this it will be on display at other dealers in the Phoenix area. Anyone has a chance to see a rare car and also the second oldest know you wont be disappointed to see the car. If you want to see the restoration on the car visit my website at
Frenchysrides.com and click on the i con at the bottom of the page to your right.

Thanks

Frenchy

I don't get to the east valley ever often so let me know when your going to deliver the Toyopet to a west valley dealership. I would like to meet you and see your early Toyopet.

Just one thing most would agree this is a Land Cruiser forum not the FJ Cruiser forum. Those FJ Cruisers are the new kids on the block.

Hey Frenchy, great job

I know that you are a very well known VW guy, but now I think we need to get you into 40, and or a 25 !!!!

Frenchy,

Great story and an amazing car! I'm going to take a side trip up to Prescott in the next couple of weeks to see it in person.

Very well done and I think it would be a great idea of you picked up an early FJ40!

Cheers,
FJ45 Dude

Thank You for the kind words. Let me know what you think after you see the car. Keep in mind that the car has the original paint I only did some detailing.
