Buy any 18mm HSS drill bit on amazon. Teach yourself how to touch up the tip with a bench grinder, and it'll get the job done.

I only have 4 holes to drill then more than likely never use it again.

It arrived the other day and seems to be good quality. I should know next week. It was over $30 with shipping which is nothing compared to if I were to screw up this project due to a cheap bit.
