Can anyone recommend a good site to order some replacement nuts/bolts for a pair of rear lower control arms? I'm pretty sure I need an M18 x100mm bolt but I am not sure which grade to look for.

Buy them from Toyota. They are not expensive. You will get the right grade as well as the right lock nuts.
call cdan for some factory bolts and nuts. or you could call a place called metrics and multistandard for some 10.9 grade bolts. you would want the 120mm length bolts and cut the excess threads.
