Yankee Toys Fall Gathering 2011 ~ Registration
Yankee Toys Fall Gathering 2011 Sept. 29 - Oct 2, 2011

Its that time of year again to prepare for the Yankee Toys Fall Gathering! We are excited to once again host you here in beautiful New Hampshire for a weekend of camping and offroading with your fellow Toyota 4x4 owners.

We will be staying at "Gretchen's" in Hancock, NH, all trail runs will depart from there and the Saturday BBQ and raffle will be held there as well. Sites will be first-come-first served and you can claim your site when you arrive. Due to the wide open nature of Gretchen's, we cannot set aside a specific site for you ahead of time. We reserve the whole campground for the Club, so there will be plenty of room. Please note the change in camping for this year as well as the day use fee for running the trails at Gretchen's if you are not camping.

• Registration Closes Friday 9/23.
• You must Pre-Register for the Friday and Saturday Trail Runs. Sunday trail runs will be first come-first served and will be half day runs.
• You MUST be a Yankee Toys member to participate. You can join or renew your membership on the form.
• ALL Dogs MUST be on a leash at ALL times.
• Absolutely NO alcoholic beverages on the trail.

I'm with you there Romey. We need to plan a club run down to one of these events soon.

We have alot of folks from Canada come through for our event.
We love having you guys down.
Also we get to see cruisers we can't own here:rolleyes:

There's been some rumors flying around that the Fall Gathering next year may actually become a TLCA Sanctioned event ;)

Look forward to the possibilities of you guys making it down, hell maybe we'll make it up for one of yours!

Thanks,
Bob

Understood.
My angle has nothing to do about the TLCA politics. There's some beneficial aspects to having it sanctioned from the point of view of the actual event.
There's some advertisement angles and surprisingly enough when I called around asking for donations for our raffle many of the prospect sponsors asked if it was a TLCA event.
Regardless it's a great event and we would love to have you down.

Bob
