Spress, can you give me a topline on installing these and if they affect anything else as far as new distance etc?
Loud has a set right?
12mm will get you the clearance needed to run 35" tires without inner fender rubbing. No alteration of the fan shroud, steering column, shifters, etc. is needed. You will however increase, by 12mm, the space between the body and: The top side of each bumper and the inner fender skirt to frame dimension.
Some aftermarket front bumpers, such as the TJM, have enough vertical movement to reduce or nearly eliminate the gap difference.
You will need some type of jack: A floor jack works best but a bottle jack and/or the OEM Toyota jack will work. You will need approximately a 2-3' piece of 2x4 or 4x4 wood along with basic hand tools such as sockets, etc. It takes about 1/2 day or less to install and is a

job for someone with basic mechanical tools and the above mentioned tools.
It would be a good idea to have the full Toyota OEM body bolt/nut/washer for each body attachment location (10 in all not counting the rear cross member locations that do not have bolts anyway) when you do the install. Unless your rig has spent its life in the non-rust belt you will need to replace, at the minimum, the rear most corner body attachment bolts/nuts/washers do to the amount of water/debris that gets sprayed up there by the rear tires. Return the bolts you don't need/use.
If you have a drawer system in the rear of your LC this will need to be removed to access the rear corner bolts.
If you are not running 35" tires this body lift is not necessary.
Yes Loud has a set although I'm not sure he has installed them yet. Yoter has a set too.
