This is a custom 4 layer MLS head gasket for the venerable Toyota 12HT engine as found in the Land Cruiser HJ61. I designed this gasket to solve sealing issues in engines running higher boost pressures than the factory setting of ~7-8 PSI (0.5 bar).

I have three ONE units left in stock $395 CAD each plus any shipping and taxes.

NB 1: your engine *must* be machined and finished to the correct surface RA to use an MLS head gasket. Failure to do so will cause the gasket to not seal, and then fail prematurely.

NB 2: The gasket is 1.4mm thick which closely emulates a compressed factory gasket. The bore is 93.0mm. The gasket is viton coated, as is normally found in MLS head gaskets.

NB 3: you must carefully measure piston protrusion, head bolt length and head bolt seating depth in all head bolt holes and carefully compare to the stack height of the head + head gasket. Failure to do so may lead to bolts bottoming out and inadequate clamping of cylinder head to the block.

Price:
$ 395 CAD - cash price, not negotiable.

update... two of the gaskets are now sold and I have only ONE left in stock.

Ultimately, if there is enough demand, I can produce more of these gaskets - they are a great solution for performance 12HTs that need a great sealing gasket - BUT you have to do your part too and make sure your engine is properly prepared for an MLS gasket (as noted above in my advertisement). I can not be responsible for MLS gasket failures due to engine / machining / preparation issues. I inspect each gasket before shipping and they are new, and in perfect condition (of course).
