specs

the axles are late 60's. 4.11's I believe
Front disk brakes, rear drums
that's the big stuff.
sprung over, sits on 35's

im driving from loma linda CA, to Chico CA to Walla Walla Wa

i know i need to replace the engine mounts before i drive it home any quick tips on that and any other must do's would be appriciated

Make some head room on your gas credit card. :crybaby:

Adjust, then bleed the brakes, bleed the clutch master, adjust the valves, gap the plugs, check the timing, adjust the carb using a vacuum gauge (google for the method), change the oil, filter and fuel filter, top up the coolant, flush if it's not pretty green, grease all the zirks, check all the gear oil (diffs, t-case, trans and steering box), replace if it's cloudy, tighten the center arm to spec, check the ragjoint to be sure it's not about to fall apart, air up the tires to the max pressure for good mpg, replace the wiper blades...

ive got two days to work on it before i take off from loma linda. im heading out to Chico on the 26th then probably that saturday from chico to walla walla.

That should be a fun trip. Do you live in Walla Walla? I have been looking at land in that area.
