Mine had been totaled and rebuilt. I've been perfectly happy with it. It's a '04 Sport V8 with 113k miles. Paid 9800 I think.
Mine had the 90k timing belt/water pump sticker on it which I was quite happy about. In fact it had the service done only 2,000 miles before it was wrecked.
