'11 Tacoma, bumpers

My buddy is looking for bumpers for his '11 Tacoma. Rear bumper for starters, just something basic and solid, preferably with a 2" receiver. He won't be doing any rock climbing or anything, but wants a nice bumper and today is his B-Day, so his lady will be buying him a 'gift' if I can find one..

Who makes bumpers for these newer trucks? I couldn't find anything on ARB's website..
