A little thing that kind of worked (first time effort) at Fun Day was name tags. I've not been to enough events to know all the faces and names. Helps me. Maybe it'll help others. This group of attendees will be bigger and from farther away and different clubs.
I'll bring a bunch. If you use one, you might consider using your 'mud' name.

I'm cross posting as I posted this first under the Sanctioned Events section. I've got two boxes of magazines for the goodie-bag give-aways that I need to deliver or have someone pick up in Windsor as I won't be able to make the meet in the early am. Raffle tickets are usually a $1. each

Here are the directions and hours:

Directions:
Holy Ghost Hall, 4699 Bodega Ave Petaluma, CA

get yourself on Hwy 101 towards Petaluma.

Take the E. Washington offramp, head West. Go 5 miles on this road. It will turn into Bodega ave all by itself. the Hall is on the left, 5 miles out.

Gates open at 7 AM for sellers to arrive, 8 - 9 AM for everyone else.
$3 gate admission per person, or buy a shirt and get in free

Had I not slammed my little pick-up into the back of a JEEP, because he would not move when the light turned green, I would gladly come help haul. But I do not think the 1/2 of FJ40 tub would hold much for you.

Oh yeah, they almost totaled my pick-up, repairs will be $200.00 less than the value of the truck.

Had a great time today as well, got some stuff I was looking for, and managed to lighten my wallet considerably at the same time. My nephew is gonna be stoked with the Raiders fishing pole Grandpa won for him in the raffle! Thanks to Ron and everyone for making this happen.
