Looking for first hand experience and advice here:

My 2004 LC steering wheel is starting to wear at the seems and it’s bugging me. Is anyone on here familiar with the OEM factory part numbers? Is there another model leather wheel I could pull and swap the internal (cruise/audio/etc) pieces from my old onto the new that would mate up to the LC100 steering column?

By what I see, the 06-09 4Runner and Tacoma leather wheels look identical. Not sure about the internal mounting points though. Thx!
 
Short answer- no, there are no other models that are just swap in. The 4runner wheels look very similar , but not an exact fit. The only real option is to have your wheel reconditioned $$$ or buy a new OEM one $$$$, or a cheap aftermarket one $

Before LCool (Australian LC site) died, someone had posted about successfully transplanting an Aurion XV50 / Camry XV40 steering wheel into an LC - even the clock spring worked.
