No issues, same mounting points, fittings etc.. It looked exactly the same as the original that came out.
There is some foam that sits between the radiator and the support that you may have to replace- Mine was old and tore when I pulled the radiator out. The foam seemed to be stuck to the support not the radiator - from the factory. None of the replacement radiators I looked at had the foam attached.

yeah, its in a box in the garage rafters- getting tired of looking at it!

Not sure of brand, I'll try and look today. No idea if it will fit an 04, I would think so.
