100 series door locks

My 2000 100 series drivers door does not lock when its hot outside. Any ideas? I also have intermittent issue with the passenger window during hot weather. When I attempt to roll the window down using the drivers button or the passengers button it will not roll down. If I turn the engine off then on again it works. Help!

Door lock motors are dying. Happens. For whatever reason the heat stresses them more. Do a search on here, there are a lot of threads with options to take apart the actuator and replace the motors or use actuators from another vehicle for less than 100 series oem.
