Any troubleshooting is appreciated. The following intermitent error "check the connection of the air conditioner" occurs after several minutes of driving, which I've been told could be related to PIN 60 connection/soldering on the rear AC amplifier box that sits behind the LCD display. Anyone have experience with this and resolution to fix?

Thanks

Could be many things, but the 2 most common would probably be:

1. Old age - the solder joints in the head/ Nav Unit become brittle over time and cause connectivity issues. If the problem is intermittent, this is could be the cause. I had this exact same error on my 2004 Lexus LS430 (similar to Landcruiser screen) and the resolution was i bough a new(used) Nav Screen/ Head unit on ebay and that resolved the issue.

2. it could be refering to the disk (DVD-ROM) that has the GPS maps on it. The disk or the reader may have gone bad
