Hey all,

Sorry for the senseless spam, I am still hunting a decent set of tyres to put on the 105 and I have been suggested a set of 225/95R16s by a friendly fellow with an 80 (who is claiming 11l per 100km with his 1hz), this sounds kind of cool, but I am worried that they will look odd on the 105.

I have been trying to search for images of them but haven't had much luck, has anybody here ever tried them on their 100/105/LX470?

I can get them for $600 AUD, or would I be better off spending $1400ish and getting Firestone Destination MT/2s in 285/75R16?

I don't have any pics but if you search this forum for 'pizza cutters' you'll find a bunch.
They make the 255/85R16 look so good. The 225s are probably a bit too skinny.

I am now leaning towards getting 4x Firestone MT/2 @$371 AUD ea fitted and 4x 225s on wheels@$600ish just to have options.
