-Gears are set for 35" tires so Speedometer is off.

Nice $6000 rear axle! What's the story on that?
 
Fast Eddy: CV is not covered... considered a wear and tear item because of the 3" lift... it has 60k miles w/ extended warranty.

Cruiserdrew: Played a little too hard. So instead of paying 6k on new Toyota Axle.. I paid 7k to have the Dana 60, Anti Rock Sway Bar, Gears, and ARB Locker installed.

Thanks man.. I would think more ppl would bite..I am thinking that some of the issues are detouring ppl...but for $17,500 with a $7K rear end you would think ppl would see past it..

Might be worth posting some specs on the rear axle - most people don't know much about these custom D60's and the clearance and strength you have in that axle are incredible.

This is what I would put under my 80 in a heartbeat if I needed a replacement.

Available for both FJ Cruiser and Tacoma, The Currie Rock Jock 60 Rear End is built to withstand the punishment of large tires, low gears and tough terrain. Better clearance under the driveshaft is attained though the high pinion design, and the beefier 9.75" ring gear (compared to the 8" OEM Toyota setup) really adds strength. You also have less to get hung up on as the entire underside of the differential section is a smooth radius that slides over rocks, with NO LOSS OF GROUND CLEARANCE! And for those wondering about the brakes; it uses the factory setup, so the ABS and A-TRAC are fully functional. As a bonus, you also get a 3 position adjustable panhard mount bracket standard to keep your axle in the correct position regardless of the amount of lift you have installed. Note that you can not retain the stock rear swaybar on FJ Cruisers, as it won't fit around the larger Rock Jock 60 housing. We recommend upgrading to the Currie Anti-Rock Sway Bar at the same time as your Rock Jock 60 upgrade.

The RockJock® III high pinion rearend assemblies includes the complete housing with the 65-45-12 ductile iron housing center, AR400 heat treated bottom skid plate allowing the axle to slide over rocks easily, 3" d.o.m. steel tubes, 5/16" thick heavy steel diff cover, yoke (1310/1330/1350 optional). Unit features custom housing ends that accept the stock FJ axle bearings and allow for all factory disc brake hardware and ABS and ESP sensors to bolt back on. Housing also features new heavy duty Currie FJ suspension brackets mounted and urethane coil spring pads are included. Also included are the Currie performance forged alloy 35 spline axle shafts that feature the stock FJ 6 lug wheel bolt pattern and stock diameter register hub for proper rotor indexing. Axle kit features wheel studs installed, FJ axle bearings, bearing retainer rings, and oil seals. Complete gear and locker kits include high pinion Dana 60 ring and pinion gear set, Dana 60 35 ARB air locker, bearing & set up kit. Your FJ's stock rotors, calipers, and caliper mounting brackets transfer over
