Just an FYI.

My wife just totaled our 06 gx470 last week. It is more than likely headed to the co-part in montgomery, al.

The motor just had the timing belt, waterpump, valve cover gaskets, spark plugs, and other miscellaneous things replaced last year by the dealership in Auburn, Lynch Toyota. Had about 130k-140k on motor.

2.5" dobinson lift just installed this year with barely any miles. The rear and driverside suspension should be fine. Passenger side could be fine as well but that is the side that hit a guard rail. The impact pushed the frame toward the driverside relocating the lower A-arm. Tires are 265/70r17 Kenda Klevers load E. Probably 5k miles on tires.

Something was causing an intermittent vibration in the driveline. I was taking it to an independent shop to see if they could figure out what it was because I was stumped and Toyota couldnt get it to replicate while testing it out. The wreck happened 2 days before I made it to the shop.

It has a nice set of rotors slotted and drilled on it with recently turned rear rotors and new pads for the rear. Fronts were still good.

Anyway, thought I would share to maybe help somebody get some much needed parts.

I wonder what the deal would be tp be able to get the parts from there. most of the time they are sold at auctiion.

Im not sure how it works. When I looked up co-parts montgomery its listed as an auto auction but someone commented that it was a junkyard in the reviews.

Yeah thats where State Farm sent my last 2 4 Runners that were totaled. I think you have to place bids but I will see if I can find out when.

The 470 was already gone when l went to get the tag.
WoW! How long has it been wrecked? Mine was there about a month I know. They even sent me notification of the last one going up for auction. I am on their site watching a few but I haven't seen one that matches your description. Color?

It was there about a week maybe but I cant say for sure. She wrecked it Saturday night July 31st. We gathered most of our belongings out of it on Monday Aug 2nd then took a planned vacation until the following Saturday when we got back. I went to get the tag Tuesday Aug 10th and it was gone.

Looking at the color chart it had to be Dorado Gold Pearl but the chart shows 06 gx470s werent available in that color, strange. Anyway, its tan with teal and yellow dobinson springs and shocks. You should clearly see those springs at the damaged area. If the tag is still on it, it will read PRADO.
