Long time follower, first time poster. I have a 2006 LC, recently the vehicle stalled on me less than a mile after fueling up. I have not been able to get the vehicle started since. At this point I am looking to replace the Fuel Pump Control Module, I have been unable to locate the module and am looking on any advice for places to check. I have pulled the driver side panel in the trunk as it was shown in another thread from a 2001 LX (I believe).

I have confirmed relays in the fuse box via volt meter ohm. Also disconnected fuel line post fuel filter and confirmed fuel is flowing through the filter when attempting to start. Finally no security light on dash implying an immobilization issue.

Any advice is greatly appreciated, Thanks!

Have you checked the service manual? Do you mean the fuel pump relay or the fuel pump resistor?
This is the entire circuit:

The "Fuel Pump" between the circuit opening (relay) and the fuel pump resistor is mislabeled. It should read "Fuel Pump Relay". The "Fuel Pump" at the tail end of the circuit is the pump.

Since fuel flowing post fuel filter, while cranking. It's not likely a fuel flow issue. A fuel pressure and fuel injector leak down test, will rule out. I do this with tech stream, while tapping into fuel line post filter.

If low fuel flow/pressure, within spec. I'd then look elsewhere:
  • Check for DTC (codes)
  • Look hard at any work service performed recently. This could also be service work going back a few years. Like in case of timing belt: Belt break, crank sensor wire routed wrong, cam sensor wire housing block coming loose.
  • Any issues or CEL (DTC), in history. Should be revisited.
  • Check for spark.
  • Any unusual dash gauge or light display.
  • MAF sensor fault. We usually see a CEL, but not always. But almost always, a DTC is found. I just saw a bad MAF (no CEL), we tap on he MAF and engine died. We did see MAF DTC when codes read.
Since you can crank (engine turns over and tries to start). Not a PNP or starter issue. Process of elimination, is part of diagnostics.
