for 5K for a 2003 who cares if it is rusty. you get 10 more years out of it no matter what. If that was around me it would have a new garage to park in.

Hmm, that might be worth a look for my soon to be 16 yr old. But those stickers on the front bumper are beach stickers so it's guaranteed to be rusty underneath, the question is how much has rotted through?
