Not sure where to post. I'm a retired 80 owner for the time being we have a family sequoia it's 2003 with 91k miles. Twice this week when we started it up the vsc off and vsc trak light stayed lit and wouldn't turn off until I turn the car off and turn back on again. Anybody have any experience with this. Is it a sensor going out or could it be a posi trak gear or something? Not sure best place to post this question. Thanks.

Easy things to check: make sure 1) that you have enough brake fluid in the reservoir and 2) that the electrical connector that plugs into the receptacle on the brake fluid reservoir is well connected.

My brother in law had the same problem with an 02 sequoia. This problem makes the car unsafe to drive because you won't have abs.

He took it into the dealership and it's an expensive fix. Also you might want to see if the recall was done on your car because I think there's a recall on 03 and up for this problem.

Ok thanks my wife said the brakes have felt pretty weak recently I was going to do the brakes until that started happening. I'll check the recall I appreciate it
