01 lx470 Nav Delete AC controls not working

I followed this guide:

I checked connections and they are looking good.

Unfortunately ac buttons aren't working... Some of them worked for a little (like the knob) but none of them are currently working:



Has anyone experienced anything like this?

I'll check relays tomorrow

It's was the connection of these ground cables (about 5 cables)

AC controls are working good, buttons react slow and you kind of have to press hard, but they work.

Now dealing with new HU and sound system...

I’m currently doing the nav delete on my 2007 lx470, all the buttons work etc for the AC controls, but it’s not cooling. I’m not sure where to go from here. I bought the wiring harnesses so it was plug and play. They looked good and solid. So, I’m not sure where to go from here.
