01 Land Cruiser condenser fan relay where the heck is it? (1 Viewer)

Hello all, I've been reading on here, google and Youtube for 2 weeks. It's not behind DS bumper, I pulled the cover off that's between the left front tire and the wind shield washer bottle, looked up in there can't see anything unless its way up. It's not where the Toyota parts guy says it should be. Not where the Toyota Service guy says it should be. Getting frustrated, hope it's not inside the fuse block. Any suggestions? Thanks

The 2002 EWD shows it in the area where you’re looking. Can you find where the wiring harness goes through a hole beside the battery as shown in the attached?

Thank you for looking that up. Yes I know the area where the wiring comes up through next to the battery.
The diagram is missing some labels in the area where the relay is supposed to be.
