vx diesel

Hi everyone, I have a 1995 Toyota Land Cruiser 80 Series GX, and I've noticed three holes below the dash. I’m not sure what they’re for—could they be for mounting a fire extinguisher or something else? If anyone knows their purpose or has seen something similar, I’d appreciate your insights!
