tread cracking

Found this tread cracking in a 7 yr old but almost nil wear Hero Dynastorm A/T tyre currently on left rear position of my 80 series. This tyre/wheel is one that was on my box trailer since 2016 until very recently. Is this enough cause to replace the tyre? I have two more of these Hero...
