rear caps

I just swapped my OEM wheels for 18" Tundra steelies / new rubber on my 2017 LC, and I noticed what looks like old grease on the rear caps (see pictures). Is this any cause for concern? I don't notice any particular issues while driving, but I was under the impression that there's no regular...
