paint options

I'd like to get a set of used TRD Pro wheels for my 2019 200LC and re-finish them in a light/bright matte silver. I recently did a firearm in Ceracoat and loved the result. Nothing sticks to the finish either. Any opinions on Ceracoat vs traditional powdercoat? Tired of black and bronze.
