Looking for a 1HD-T with matching A442 hydraulic transmission. I have a 1991 FJ80 with the 3FE getting ready to swap, if I can find a good diesel setup for the right price I will pull the trigger.

Asking here as my trans has more in common with yours than an 80. Is converter lock up a function of the vb or is it controlled elsewhere?
