humidity

Whenever there is alot of humidity or fog I intermittently get christmas lights on my dash (4lo, traction, 2 more). What can be the culprit?

The heat of Summer here in Oklahoma with temperatures in the upper 90s. Today was 97 and about 35% humidity but the past couple weeks I've been running my air conditioning on high and I've noticed I'm getting water dripping out from underneath the dash. I still have water coming out underneath...
