dual tanks

Has anyone with the popular EFI setups like a Holley Sniper done it with dual tanks? My new to me 77 has an older EMPI 38 on it, an aux tank in the rear under the rig, an electric switchover mechanism and is running the stock fuel pump. I've been thinking about longer term going the EFI route...
