Looking for a diesel shop in CO that can tune/time the fuel pump in an HDJ81 after a rebuild of fuel pump.

A local diesel shop got a rotary pump from a 86 hilux to try and fix. He can’t figure out the top of the pump with the two nipples on it. Nothing in the info he has shows this type of top, he unfortunately doesn’t have any more info about where this hilux came from and what engine. I would...
