Good Morning everyone, hopefully I didn't miss a thread about this in my search.
I currently do not have A/C in my recently acquired 40th and would like to hopefully rectify the issue before the weather gets too warm. Symptoms are the engine idles up as I feel like it should when I push the A/C...
Getting ready to purchase suspension kit from slee and wanted to know from you all if I needed to get the upper control arm. Is it a must or what. Thank you all.
New to the family 1993 fzj80. I am in the process of diagnosing why I have no front heat. I have a solid temp reading on the dash. With the cable disconnected at the firewall the valve feels to move freely. When I removed the radio and disconnected the cable at the servo motor the cable moves...
Last time I went out my upper control arm was loose and slapping around. We torqued it down and it got better, but still rattling when it gets a little rough.
I haven't dealt with this before. Do I just need to replace that bushing or what's the next step for proper inspection and replacement?
Has anyone used the LC6i contraption from Audio Control to upgrade the 100 series
sound system?

My plan is to use this along with my kicker CXA Series 5 channel amp. I just installed 4 jbl club 6520 door speakers and it needs more of a punch. I also have an older mtx woofer...
Hello all, i've been reading here for years but this is my first post. I've got a 90 HDJ81 with cruise control problems. Mr. Toyota no longer makes the speed sensor for the 91-92 80 series (or 90-92 HDJ81) and call me a soft but having the CC is awesome for driving our rigs long distance. I...
OEM Winch Remote Controller with the original bag.
The remote is in excellent working condition; the bag is has no tears but shows some black scuff marks on the inside.
This winch controller works for all Toyota Aisin winches installed on vehicles listed below.

Good morning mudders,
Went to Hidden Falls for some wheeling, I didn't wheel my rig but was a rider, when one of the hundys was climbing I got off to look at the weak points on the hundy when climbing. I noticed almost at every steep step it repeatedly took brunt hits to the rear upper control...
I have all the measurements in on the FJC- RLCA and RUCAs. These are available now.

I've decided to step up to an MPPT charge controller. My old PWM one is only about a year or two old and is doing an excellent job AFAIK, but for the price, and the fact that it's designed in the Netherlands and built in India as opposed to being another rebranded Chinese unit, I went for it...
Hey everyone,
I am planning on adding a transmission cooler soon to my FJ62 and I was thinking of adding a fluid control thermostat (like this one Derale 25719: Fluid Control Thermostat 1/2" NPT | JEGS ) after the radiator and before the aux cooler. This way the aux cooler only comes online...
I have a 2003, and the other week my climate controls started having problems. Specifically, they don't work. When I push the CLIMATE button I get a message on the NAV screen "Check the connection of the Air Conditioner". Since that time, this problem has coming and going. For example...
My flapper was loose on the shaft so I pulled it apart.
Does the bend in mine look correct?
I temporarily re-installed the flapper in the same orientation I found it.

A scanner was installed in the ash tray slot. I need to remove that plus see why the fresh/recirculate lever won't move full stroke.
The HVAC controls, ash try and some switches are in a panel in the center of the dash.
Question: Can that panel be pulled without removing the...
I've wanted to post a bit of information and a little bit about what I think of these arms since they're new to the market, and also now that I've got ~1000 miles or so on them.
