I'm trying to implement a cruse control from an 80 series (and a 1HDT/H151) into a troopy. I have all the components, but trying to get it to work, and want to verify the signal to the cruise control computer. Is 7V enough to activate it? The Combination meter has a transistor probably to...
I've had an issue with my 97' 40th (Auto A/C) since I've owned in that the heater control valve cable did not move. I initially thought the cable was broke or seized but have recently ruled that out as I've pulled enough of the bezel/controls/stereo to see and touch the other end of the...
I am going to do the solenoids on my 94 as I’m starting to experience some poor shift behavior.
I know there are the 4 shift solenoids but no one seems to mention the pressure control solenoid. Is I needed as well or only the shift solenoids? Can it be replaced just as easily?
I was considering cleaning my IAC valve (part# 22270-66011)due to a slight idle fluctuation/miss, but before touching it was thinking there must be a gasket that goes behind the valve and I can't seem to find one listed anywhere. Is there a gasket? Anyone know the part#? I won't mess with the...
Is your 2H or 3B engine having issues starting or stopping? Is your EDIC motor acting up?

I've just replaced the heater control valve, old one was a bit leaky. Now at the max hot setting it only blows hot air for about 10 seconds before it goes lukewarm. If I turn it down to full cold then back to full hot it does the same thing again. Anyone any thoughts as to why it's doing this?

I'm fabricating a custom cruise control set-up in one of my rigs and I'm looking for a Cruise Control Throttle Body Pulley or Auto Trans Kick Down Pulley off of pretty much any Toyota.
Pretty much the only requirements are that it is metal not plastic and the smaller throttle barrel size...
I did some searching on the forums but couldn't find anything
I took my dash lower dash off to replace a broken ignition rod.
On reassembly, the gauges on my instrument panel are either on or off, no dimming. When the wheel is all the way to the right with headlights on, I have gauge lights...
I need some help. I spent quite a bit of time trying to diagnose the issue with my CC to no avail. Here is where I am at:
1.Light comes on the dash when I push the button.
2. I went through the first set of steps to diagnose the Set/Coast circuit and that is normal. (It flashes as it should)...
I've had my '06 LC for 5 years now, and these knobs have been missing the whole time. It's not a big deal as I don't really use them, but it's a small annoyance that I'd like to remedy. Does anyone happen to have an extra set of them, or know where to source them? Thanks in advance!
Hello,
Does anyone have the manual climate control assembly kicking around? NOS preferred... P/N 55910-60100. Need for a LHD late model 80 series.

2011 GX 460 - No Radar Cruise, 275/70/17 tires. Speedometer only off by 1-3 MPH at highway speeds compared to GPS.

Me: Sets Cruise Control at 77 MPH...
Took my '94 80 out for a 50 mile test drive after working on the instrument panel, LED lights, Apparently found problems in Cruise Control. On level highway all appeared OK. As the grade steepened I noticed that the speed would randomly, suddenly drop 2-3 MPH and recover in a second or two. This...
Changing the charcoal cannister on my 60 for an A/M model similar to one many others have posted with before. I understand plumbing for the reduction of the 4 vents to the two included on the new A/M cannister and have fresh hoses ready to go.
When taking of the hoses, the Outer vent control...
