FJ40 front axle housing cut-n-turned w/ perches welded in place for SOA

This is a bare FJ40 front axle housing cut-n-turned with the spring perches welded in place for a SOA. The housing has the bump stops as well as the shock mounts all in place ready to go. The housing has a high fill point installed for the gear lube to be at the proper height in the housing and oiling the pinion. (must have!)

The housing is a 1979 FJ40 housing so from Toyota the inner part of the knuckles came as the same size as the mini’s and FJ60/62’s, this means the larger birfs fit w/o having to grind the housing. Bother inner axle oil seals are relatively new and also in place.

You get:

One 1979 FJ40 front housing pre cut-n-turned
4 used U-bolts complete with hardware
2 1979 spring u-bolt plates w/ bump stops welded in place.

Basically this is a bolt on SOA front housing ready to go w/ all the mounting hardware. No welding at all.

$300 Shipped to any commercial address anywhere in the lower 48 (Add $10 to a residential address) Or pick up in Newberg Oregon for $260.

I'm interested. I'm curious if these perches would line up properly with my fj25 springs.

I dont think there is any change in the perches, I know guys run the FJ25 centered dif rear axle under later model FJ40's with no issue. Might be a good question to run buy Mike Fox of Fox Fab, I know he runs a FJ25 on the trail. (Mikes contact info is on my web site under installers)
