Heater hose blow outs

I went out and looked at the heater hoses and many have red dried on them where the hose and pipe connect.
Is it the cold weather (-13f), old hoses or is Toy red hard on old hoses?
I am about a 1/2 qt low on coolant.
Do I need to replace all the heater hoses or put new hose clamps on them?
Is there a complete heater hose kit?

The red is not "hard on hoses". It seems to leak out a bit more obviously than green which is actually a good thing as leaks are easier to spot.

On my rig I replaced most of the heater hoses the last time I flushed. I still have to do the one curved piece that goes from the heater core valve down to the left and another one that goes to the firewall. In my case none of them leaked I just wanted to change them out as PM (the PO had already had the PHH replaced). If yours are leaking just change em out it takes no time or money at all. I got all the hoses as well as sections that you cut to length from CDan for a song. Next time I flush I will replace all the rad hoses and the last two heater hoses as well. I was gonna replace the rad hoses this time around but they looked so good inside and out that I wanted to get more outta em! HTH. P.S. If I had to do the work over again, I'd get those cool toyota squeeze hose clamps and use those instead of worm gear hose clamps. HTH.

Could it have anything to do with the -15f?
Before the cold there was no sign of leaking.
Could the hot coolant going through the -15f hoses cause some sort of expansion, that the hose expanded at a different rate than the pipe, causing the slight leaks a so many hose clamps?
The slight leaks are only on the heater hoses.
I find it strange that they all start leaking at once.
