    What is This Part?

It appears to have a tapered thread and I can't find anything in the FSM regarding it, so I would say nothing is required.

    What is This Part?

    OBD1 has 2 ports. OBD2 has 1 port.

    Knuckle rebuild issue

That spindle seal looks torn and deformed on the left side. I wonder if it's folding in when you put the hub back on. It could just be the picture. Hard to tell.

    92' 3FE Relay Box

More than likely caused by poor contacts. The entire EFI circuit doesn't really draw that much current (roughly 6.25 amps protected with a 15 amp fuse), but poor contacts will cause arcing at the terminals or poor crimps will cause a high resistance. These are replaceable parts with pigtails...

    Minimum lift & softer suspension

As far as Ironman goes, I've had their 4" springs and foamcell pro shocks on 2 different 80s. That was before they changed manufacturing locations and product lines. I have no experience with what's out there now. I'm happy with the ride, lift height, and off road flex, so I can't justify...

    Minimum lift & softer suspension

FYI, I daily at 28 to 30 psi on my 315 Toyo AT3s. If I'm loaded for a trip I'll go up to 33 or so. If im pulling my M416 with stuff I'll go to 35. Each tire is load rated for more than half the entire weight of the truck.

    Minimum lift & softer suspension

No one mentioned tires. Most 35" tires have an E load rating. Very stiff sidewall meant for heavy loads. Changing to a D or a C load rated tire will dramatically improve ride quality. If you stay with E, lower the tire pressure to keep your fillings. I will also add that getting rid of the OME...

    1991 FJ80 3fe - power steering loss/fade

First thing to check is the belt tension and condition. The stuttering PS is something I've dealt with and it was the belt slipping under load. On the 3FE, the tensioner pulley for the PS pump decreases the wrap on the PS pulley as the tension of the belt increases. Not an ideal setup.

Weird question about viscous fan operation

There is no time or temperature where the fan doesn't spin. There is always some fluid between the clutch halves.

HELP! Code 24 and 32- No start!

This only works for OBD1 (3FE and early 1FZ) and is only a quick diagnostic test, assuming the CEL is not on.

HELP! Code 24 and 32- No start!

Do you get a CHECK ENGINE light when the key is in the ON position before cranking the starter? If no, then a quick diagnosis would be to unplug the AFM by lifting the spring clip on the connector and see if the CEL illuminates. If the CEL comes on without the AFM plugged in, then the culprit is...

    OEM radiator doesn’t fit

I removed the complete assembly with brackets while they were attached to the radiator. I transferred the brackets to the new unit and installed with all new hardware/cushions/etc.

    OEM radiator doesn’t fit

Both of those part numbers should fit. They are the same size with a different number of cores (IIRC) but are spec'd to fit. I have the 66040 in my 97 LX450 right now. It fit without issue. Reuse the existing brackets and replace the old hardware with new.

    Front Seat Controls electrical issue

As shown below, if you're not seeing constant +12 on pin 1 of connector Bc1, then the 30 amp FL POWER fuse, 50 amp AM1 fuse, and fusible link AM1 are suspect.
