I notice no difference. Except you can faintly hear the 'OOOs' and 'AHHHHs' from other 80 series owners through it. Occasionally a girl screaming with excitement, but I've only heard about it, not witnessed it personally.
Having trouble locating the same one online. Came with a parts truck I got today. Can't for the life of me find the same one online. Or it's not even for an 80?? Stumped.
Add Stellar Built in Sacramento, CA to that list. Works on all modern Toyota 4x4's and even a few not-so-Toyotas. But started out and specializes in beefing up and increasing offroad capabilities of cruisers. Overland builds AND rock crawlers.
@TomH I had already gotten the Huracan Fab tailgate storage when it was on sale, sub-$300 including shipping. Didn't quite seem worth it at the time to fab my own. They actually use the same compression latches as the gullwings. Now that I think about it, I might just check and see if they're...
10. Watch Youtube video on how to locate hinge-to-window opening holes and drill/tap. If you can't find the video, it shouldn't be hard to figure out. Just drill/tap hole so that the gullwing window sits about flush to the body. The 3/4" tubing allows for lots of squish and forgiveness of hole...
Here’s a DIY for those of you who want gullwing windows on your 80 but either can’t afford the $1k-$2.5k price tag for a set or have struggled with the scarcity of availability of those options (Out of Stock, long shipping delays from AU or SA, or, *ahem*, vendors refusing to answer and ignoring...
No raft manufacturers that I can see with a quick google. It looks like theres a few boat canvas makers/suppliers whatever around the philly, NY area that could be a prime opportunity. Thanks guys. I'll update if I find someone willing to do the job. Updated pic with the top closed and painted black
I agree, it shouldn't be too bad. I can still take it off and drop it off at a place and leave it for like a week. I'll try and get in contact with an auto upholsterer today and see what they say.
OK, so I've built my own RTT, a facsimile of the aluminum Campteq and need the fabric portion made. I REALLY don't want to learn a new skill and spend hours and hours and many mistakes in cutting, sewing, gluing, whatever it is that tent-makers do. (Camping tents, not the Christian kind of...
@spazzyfry123 Here's the amazon link: Kawell 6" LED Spot or Flood. Check out the examples of light output in the review section. I just had to drill a hole on the top of the ARB and used a 1/4-20 (DONT quote me on that. Could have been metric) and a spacer to get it in the right spot. These...
