    80 Series 3D Printed Parts

Great thread. I cadded up a few parts for my BMW, but none for the Landcruiser so far. This is probably a stretch, as I don't even know what's wrong, but the driver's side door handle broke off a few years ago, and I replaced it with a non-OEM one, and it looks great(!) but doesn't actually...

Where should I take my front panhard bar and OEM bushings I ordered to have them pressed in? How much should I expect to pay? Thanks!

Pulling panhard bar to change the bushings...should front axle be on jack stands or no?

Since I already put the front axle up on jack stands, is there any drawback to me removing the panhard bar with it up on jack stands--he says something about alignment(?)--so I can have a little more room to work?

Pulling panhard bar to change the bushings...should front axle be on jack stands or no?

Is the answer that, I should jack from the bottom of the pumpkin to halfway between full bump and full droop?

Pulling panhard bar to change the bushings...should front axle be on jack stands or no?

I watched a few Youtube videos. The first one by Azcruiser ( ℹ️ How to: Install Adjustable Panhard bars (80 Series Toyota Land Cruiser) ) I couldn't understand if he was lifting it or not, or what he was saying about alignment if left the wheels on the floor...

Any recommendations for a shop in/around Peoria, AZ or Sun City, AZ that can press bushings?

I need to replace bushings on front panhard. Thanks to great recs on this forum I have two new Toyota bushings on the way. I don't have a hydraulic press though. I want to take off my front panhard bar and take it and the new bushings to a shop. Where should I take it?

Something is broken on the bottom of my land cruiser and I'm having death wobble

Thank you. I have never heard of a panhard bar, so this is very helpful. If I were to use this as an excuse to buy a press, does the panhard bar need to be removed, or can it be done from under the vehicle. Guessing the latter. Thanks again!

Something is broken on the bottom of my land cruiser and I'm having death wobble

Various Pics: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1EvY6ie3L7MBL2GSckGGQbCIOQNN_n-aX?usp=sharing Specifically, I think it's this bushing(?) bushing What is this called? Where can I buy one? Can I fix it myself with mechanics tools, or does this require a hydraulic press? Thanks in advance!

Intake Air Tube repaired with FiberFix repair wrap tape

After reviewing previous threads re: "my intake air tube has holes, do I need to by the OEM replacement or can I buy the cheap ebay replacement," which concluded "you need to buy the OEM," I decided to try FiberFix repair tape. Not even the automotive version, which is supposedly more...

Will LX450 corner light fit my fj80?

Like I said, you have to swap the grill.

Will LX450 corner light fit my fj80?

I think it will fit. I just put FJZ80 lights in my LX and everything fits (except the grille - had to eBay a Toyota grille).

Need to replace front brake discs & pads, but front diff whine too...all at once or no?

Thanks all. Seems like a tough choice. Approx how many hours to change the front brakes vs. to pull the front diff?

Need to replace front brake discs & pads, but front diff whine too...all at once or no?

My GF uses the LC as her daily driver. The front brakes need replaced, and it's had a whine from the front diff since I bought it. There's a guy in Chandler that is a specialist in 80-series gears. I've changed replaced discs & pad on a handful of different vehicles, but when I did a search for...

    P0300, P0306 codes #6 cylinder misfire

Signing in to confirm the cyl.6 misfire can be caused by a bad injector. Visual inspection including removal of EGR confirmed that coolant had been leaking from the heater pipe - it looks like I failed to tighten a hose clamp after I repaired the head gasket. There was coolant residue on the...

Girlfriend nearly ran the LX450 out of gas - now misfiring

Now, after putting gas in the tank, it sounds like it is misfiring on one cylinder. Is there any reason these things might be related? We've only driven it a few times .25 mi to the store and back since then. Kind of afraid to drive it farther. Thanks
