you said you had a little before, now have a lot since you took the top off and made the rear 400 lbs lighter. I had massive wobble that turned out to be alignment with 37" tires. you said your alignment is good, butI bet that giving it just a little tiny bit more toe-in will makethe wobble go...

not for aluminum, but for steel/iron, oven cleaner works great. Hit the local dollar store, pick up a case and go to town on the transmisison and engine, axles, frame, etc. Just keep it off the transfer case.
I am looking for an old school window decal that I remember from the past (20 yrs ago). Here is a pic form Specter. But I remember there being a version that said Land Cruiser, not just Cruiser. Anyone have any ideas?

having polished an airstream trailer, 50 hours sounds about right. no need to clear coat it, aluminum oxidizes very slowly, it would take about 10 yrs ot turn gray. A nice coat of glass wax and you are good to go. I woudlnt do it to a cruiser... but it is attention getting.

are you sure he didnt say you could fit 150# of linex cans int he bed of your cruiser?!? You are probabyl looking at what, maybe 2-3 gallons of liquid sprayed material (before the solvents evap out), which weighs maybe 20# out of its original containers. 150 doesnt even pass the logic...

you could try to talk a buddy into trying the slide hammer method, while you frink a few beers, then when that quits being amusing, you can use the pipe method, which is really the only way to go if you already have the center out.:D

the slave cylinder is the one on the bottom, that actually moves the clutch fork. Baiscally, you push the pedal, which moves the master and pushes fluid through the line to the slave, which expands to move the clutch fork and engage the clutch. Easy to replace.
