What have you done to your Land Cruiser this week?

Can you take measurements of this one? Or better yet, would you be willing to send it to me so I can have a duplicate made. I’ll compensate you. I didn’t realize you weren’t in the States. Measurements would be nice. That is the last piece I need to complete the factory shifter setup on mine...

Can you take measurements of this one? Or better yet, would you be willing to send it to me so I can have a duplicate made? I’ll compensate you. I have searched for quite some time, and have never been able to find one for sale.

Do you have the period correct PTO shifter and linkage? If so, can you take measurements of the bracket that mounts to the transfer case and measurements of the PTO shifter cutout and mounting holes on the side of the transmission hump?

The best snow in CO, and some of the cheapest lift tickets too. South Fork and Pagosa Springs was our destination of choice in college.

Is your license plate holder the “hard to find” one that is special to Cruisers with PTOs? I have always wondered why they made them differently. I have seen them installed in different ways than the traditional on top of the bumper.

I fixed an oil leak. My pan was leaking at the drain from a dimple in the area of the slot. After cleaning and roughing up the surface, I used JB Weld to build up the area and then sanded it back down flat. A little fresh paint, and no more leak.

    PTO Linkage Swivel

Does anyone know what part 36828-60010 (36828 in the diagram below) looks like? It is the PTO shift cable swivel from an 08/80-10/82 40 series. I have been unable to locate any pictures, and it is NLA. The end of the cable that this connects to is a small diameter rod with a flat on one side.

I know this thread is old, but I recently found another pic of the OEM stripe. It was on a 1982 BJ41-KCMY.

Front fender apron patch for left and right side of JDM 1981/02-1984/10 BJ41/42/44/46. Part numbers 53731-90800 and 53732-90800.
