Sadly, not much. I simply lack the skill and time to complete this project so it looks like i'm going to have to put her up for sale. I just have to get a chance to take some pics and then i'll post it. She'll be a good project for someone who has the time to finish her up!

    Need help on SOA conversion!

The Soa was a bit of a rough road, but in the end seemed to turn out ok. I say seemed because the pigs been on the back burner for a while, so its not yet drivable for me to be able to test it on the road. . It was taking both too much time and too much money and I don't want to take too many...

The hdj81 is pretty much everything i was trying to get out of the pig, but the pig has more "personality". I have two sons though, so i need at least 3 land cruisers by the time they both hit 16, so plenty of time to finish the pig and figure out what my third will be. The only thing i know so...

    Simpson Wet Abrasive Sandblaster kit

I thought I'd post my experiences with the simpson wet abrasive sandblaster kit linked below in case anyone was considering adding it to their toolbox. This is a attachment on the end of your pressure washer wand that adds a siphon that goes to a media bucket. The water flow creates a vacuum...

once I get the sandblasting down, my plan is to start on the parts that make up the engine compartment one piece at a time. I'll sandblast, dry, wipe down with wax and grease remover then 2 coats of 2 part epoxy, 2 coats of 2k high fill. Let that cure then scuff and single stage stage...
