This helps. I don't have a FJ62, but I do have a 2FE in my FJ40. I've been trying to Yankee engineer this for several years since I don't use the FJ62 air box. The main road block has been the filter, but I think I might have, finally, sourced one.
Anything rubber. Window weatherstrips, inside and out, all doors. Door seals/weatherstrips. Rear window gasket. It all depends on what might still be available.
I seem to recall fuel rail and filter banjos are different. While the filter banjos seem to be consistant across trucks, the rail banjos are several different sizes.
Yep, problem solved. The only issue I had was the harness didn't reach, so I made a little extension. Note this is on a 22RE. And just so I'm clear, this is the VSV for the AC idle up.
I've never had a TPS test correct. Even fresh out of the box.
EGR: This device lowers NOX, so it's probably not related to your CO/CO2 issue. Problem could also be a CAT. Replace the check valve since you have it ordered and go from there.
