Yep...simple.
4 of the green LED's for the gauge cluster + one more for the HVAC. I saw on another post where guys were swapping out their turn signal bulbs, choke light bulb, high-beam indicators, etc...I wasn't going that route. I just wanted my gauges to be visible @ night.

Yep. I've got them rolled all the way dim and they're still pretty bright. When turned up (bright)...they're really bright! I don't mind that one bit but some people might prefer the analog feel of the old dim bulbs...I had a hard time seeing the gauges @ night even with the dimmer turned all...

Added some length to the (+) & (-) pigtails. Used OEM-type electrical connections to tie in to OEM Cargo Light harness. OEM Dome light was and is inop (disconnected now), but open-bulb was cause for "no light"...want the OEM light to turn on? Pig-Tail the wires and that's it.

HVAC bulb is not a green LED...instead one of their brighter bulbs for this application...BRIGHT! (never worked before...missing)
1) I would take it to Toyota of Gladstone (near you) and pay for a used vehicle safety inspection. Peace of mind for you.
2,3,4&5) get yourself a mild lift and tires and wheels that fit it. 32-33" (or metric equivalent) are a nice size and should not require new, lower gearing for the majority...
